Did you order the wrong thing? Or maybe you’ve just changed your mind. Don’t worry, it happens. And there’s a quick and easy way to cancel as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Here’s how:
- Select «Orders» from the menu in your Digitec Galaxus AG account.
- Choose the order you want to amend.
- Open the «Products» section in the order overview.
- Click the «Delete» button.
