Some manufacturers offer software and programmes in electronic (ESD) form as an alternative to physical versions of the product. If you order the physical version, you get a box with the media, licence key and any relevant handbooks. If you order electronic (ESD) versions, your software and manuals all come in digital form. And you get your licence keys by e-mail.
When you look for a product in the software section of our online shop, you’ll find the different versions available under «Type of provision». You can choose «Download», which is the ESD version or «Retail», which is when you get the physical product delivered in the post.
