When you did the transfer
Please bear in mind it can take five working days for your payment to reach us.
- If you gave the right reference
For a bank transfer, you always need to input the reference exactly as it is on the payment information. If you made a mistake or for whatever reason it’s not the same reference, please get in touch. Let us know your order number and the reference you used.
- If you paid for several orders in one transfer
It’s important you pay for each order separately, in a separate bank transfer. This makes it easier for us to link payments up with orders. If something didn’t go quite right this time, get in touch and let us know which order numbers correspond to your payment.
- If you asked to return all or part of your order
It can take 14 days to process your return and refund. You can check on the status of your return at any time by going to your Digitec Galaxus AG account.
