Does that mean I can return any product?
Almost. Unfortunately, you can’t return hygiene products. This includes things like headphones, electric toothbrushes and razors.
You also need to bear in mind that once you’ve damaged the packaging to get into a product, we can’t sell it as new. That means we have to take 10% taken off the price you paid for the product, as you’ll see on your credit note. We then pass on that 10% reduction to the next customer who buys the product.
Anything else I should be aware of?
When it comes to returning a product, you always need to have the original packaging, even for products you’ve already opened.
If you want to return a product to a seller on Marketplace, please send this in a separate parcel to the seller, not to Digitec Galaxus AG. This stops orders getting confused and gets your credit note to you sooner.
