Products that weigh more than 30 kg are delivered by a specialist company. They’ll give you a ring to arrange a time. You can’t pick up heavy or bulky products over 30 kg from one of our stores.
Important: our specialist delivery team only take your order to the kerbside. That means it’s up to you to move the product from there to wherever you want it in your home.

How does the delivery company get hold of my phone number?
If there’s a product in your basket over 30 kg, you’ll automatically be asked for your phone number at the checkout. Just to be clear, this is if you have one item over 30 kg, not if your entire order is over 30 kg.
Anything else I should be aware of?
We hire delivery companies to send out our orders. Unfortunately, that means we can’t offer next day delivery, even for products sitting in our warehouse and ready to go. What you can do, though, is choose your preferred delivery day and time. We don’t deliver on Saturdays.
Can someone else pick up the order for me?
If you can’t collect the order yourself, please let our customer service team know beforehand. They’ll ask who you want to pick up the order on your behalf and note their name on file. When said kind friend/family member comes to collect the parcel, they’ll need to show ID. You can find the contact details for customer services at the bottom of this page.
