You can pick up your order from one of our Galaxus or digitec stores – it doesn’t matter which one of our online shops you bought from. When you’re ordering, just select a store from our nine locations.

How it works
We send you an e-mail or text telling you your order is ready for collection.
- When you get to the store, choose an express ticket from the ticket machine as you come in the door.
- Input your order number or scan the barcode in the text or e-mail we sent you telling you your order was ready.
- Once you’re at the front of the queue, we’ll know exactly what you’re here to collect. Quick, easy, done.
Help – I can’t see the collection option
That’s probably because the product is too heavy and can’t be picked up in store for insurance reasons. If your product is over 30 kg, we’ll have to deliver it to you. Find more information about delivery of heavy items here.
Can someone else pick up the order for me?
If you can’t collect the order yourself, please contact our customer service team in advance and let them know. They’ll ask who you want to pick up the order on your behalf and note their name on file. When said kind friend/family member comes to collect the parcel, they’ll need to show ID.
