To update or add to your personal data, go to «User account» and «Settings» in your Digitec Galaxus AG account. These are the options you have (in this order):
You can pick your own profile picture. Choose from our album or upload your own photo. This is the photo people in the community will see.
If you don’t want to appear in our community at all, skip to «Edit user» below.
Add new user
You can add a number of users to your Digitec Galaxus AG account. Each user gets their own login. But as the administrator of the Digitec Galaxus AG account, you have access to all the orders.
Edit user (and change password)
Moved house? Got married and changed your surname? Simply go to «Edit user» and update your information. This is also where you can change your password.
Important: If you don’t want to appear in our community, you can deactivate this setting by putting a cross in the box next to «Anonymise username».
Alter an address you’ve already added or add a new address. You’ll then get these addresses popping up as suggestions for delivery and/or billing address when you come to order.
Manage your payment methods under «Credit cards». Please be aware you can only add a new credit card when you’re going through the checkout.
Use this section to input your bank or post office IBAN. This is also where you can request a refund for a product you are returning.
This is where you can upload your ID. We use this as proof of age for age-protected products such as video games. You have two options for uploading your ID:
If you have a Swiss identity card or Swiss passport you can have your ID machine-verified. Simply fill in the data we need from your identity card or passport and they’ll be checked straight away. No uploading or waiting.
Manually verified ID
If you don’t have a Swiss identity card or passport, you’ll need to upload a copy of your ID for a member of our team to check it manually. It’s usually approved within 24 hours.
