Alter an address you’ve already added or use a new address. When you come to order, all you need to do is choose the right delivery and billing address from your address list.

If you have a Swiss identity card or Swiss passport
Fill in the numbers we need from your identity card or passport and they’ll be machine-verified straight away. No uploading, no waiting for documents to be checked. As soon as you’ve registered your ID, you can carry on shopping and buy age-protected products.
If you have a different form of ID
If you don’t have a Swiss identity card or passport, you’ll need to upload your ID for a member of our team to check. It’s usually approved within 24 hours.
